Here at Merv's Pitchfork Fondue we place a high priority on freshness in our menu preparation. We use only top quality beef with new whole potatoes, par boil and fondued to add that crisp tater taste. Our baked beans are made the day before from an old German recipe and we add a quart of the secret ingredient to bring out that rich brown bean taste. Veggies are purchased from local growers in season or vacuum packed to maintain our commitment to quality. To compliment your meal we serve fresh baked crusty buns with no preservatives.

We can serve up good old country fixings for any size gathering from 50 to 2000 persons.
We supply plates, cutlery and napkins.
All we require is a suitable OUTSIDE cooking area 10’ x 20’.
We can set up at your favorite location or offer alternate site suggestions.
My staff will serve the meal buffet style and clean up afterwards.
